Peter Wisniewski
Managing Partner
Peter was a Co-Founder and Partner at Sea Otter Securities Group where he jointly oversaw all aspects of the firm’s investments and operations. Prior to forming Sea Otter, Peter was the Global Head of Trading at Galaxy Digital Holdings and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. At Galaxy Digital, he was responsible for building and implementing the firm’s electronic and voice trading, lending, derivative trading, and clearing platform with offices in New York, Hong Kong, and London.
Previously, Peter served as a Partner at Del Mar Asset Management, a multi-strategy event-driven hedge fund for ten years. Prior to that, he was employed at Deutsche Bank and Susquehanna International Group.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
Sarah Olsen
Managing Partner
Sarah was previously the Head of Corporate Development for Onyx by J.P. Morgan, responsible for strategic investments in the blockchain and cryptocurrency sector.
Prior to J.P. Morgan, Sarah was the Head of Corporate Development for Gemini Trust Company, a regulated cryptocurrency exchange, and custodian, overseeing institutional sales, global expansion, and new business lines.
Before joining the blockchain industry, Sarah worked at asset management firms including Apollo Global Management, Brightwood Capital, and Rockefeller Financial in investment management and business development.
Sarah holds her B.A. in Philosophy from Georgetown University.
Joshua Rawlins
Chief Operating Officer
Joshua was previously the Head of Finance for Gemini Trust Company – a regulated cryptocurrency custodian and exchange - overseeing custody operations, financial statement production and reporting, banking and treasury operations, financial planning and analysis, and procurement.
Prior to joining the blockchain industry, Joshua worked at Brightwood Capital overseeing the company’s liabilities, treasury management, and loan operations.
Joshua began his career at Morgan Stanley, working in a variety of roles in the sales, trading, and operations divisions with a specific focus on corporate and distressed debt.
Joshua holds his B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida.
